Excellent place to decompress, reduce stress, calming, focusing. My wife and I were given a choice of beverage before we started. Great atmosphere, the girl on duty was very poliet and professional and through. We experienced the big couples pod for an hour. Highly recommend. We went at 6pm and still felt calm and a floating sensation all night. We will go back.

Wow, just wow. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very warmly and was guided on how to prepare for my massage. I had a quick consultation with my masseuse Lily before getting started. Lily is so gentle & sweet. She helped me reached my zen during my massage as it felt like an out of body experience. I chose the 1hr massage+ hot stones. I recommend this place and masseuse highly. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. ❤️

MUST GO! Facials: the esthetician is so good and she checks in with you at each point to see if the temp of the towel is too hot or if your claustrophobic before she puts it on you and your skin leaves glowing. Massage: Lizette is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. It’s not just a massage she stretches you too. I have never felt so amazing and relaxed. I have very tense muscles and she really got deep in there. I’m putting her on speed dial. And the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. And it is so pretty and clean. Most affordable spa experience ive ever had. Totally worth it. Won’t go anywhere else.

Wife and I floated for the first time together. So relaxing we both fell asleep, which in any other circumstances could have been dangerous. Lol The facility was clean and everyone was welcoming and open to answering all the crazy questions I had. Will try and book some massages asap. Floating was a relaxing experience that anyone should try… but here! Be back soon

I love this place!!!! I wanted to treat my bestfriend for her birthday and they did not disappoint!!! It was amazing. We did a massage and the lady that did mine knew exactly how to massage me. We did the float and we had a blast!!! They have a shower and everything for after the float as well. The sauna had its own private room and made us feel at home. The best thing tho is that which ever thing your doing ,it always had calm music playing and it smells so good!!!. The place is clean and honestly if i could give this place 100 stars, I would do it!!!!

It's good to know the VA offers this treatment as one of the many options for pain-related issues. I have done everything short of surgery for my issues. The staff and their services here are second to none. Paula has been my primary therapist, and Lili on a couple occasions. They have been phenomenal in their work. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of my concerns. The atmosphere makes all the day's stresses melt away. I hope to continue my treatment here as long as I can.

I love this spa! Everyone is very helpful and nice. I’ve gone several times for prenatal massages with Vanessa, and she had been the absolute best. I always leave feeling great and relaxed. She has helped me get through all the discomfort of pregnancy. She is very accommodating and takes such great care of her clients. Highly recommend this spa and Vanessa!

Incredible experience. I did the 1hr massage/float combo . And I so glad I did . Tension completely melted away came out like a wet noodle.🙂 will recommend

Such an amazing hidden gem in the Montwood area. Was able to set my appointment with ease. The ladies are so professional patient and take the time to see what your needs are. I had the opportunity to receive massage services from Julia and Bianca and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend if seeking tranquility and relaxation. If your looking to self care support local and do it with Float and Calm.

As a veteran, I appreciated the focused care at Float and Calm Spa. The medical massage was exactly what I needed post-surgery. The space is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed.
